Hyper Terminal uses AI models to summarize structured market data, company fundamentals, and derived metrics. This disclaimer describes what those AI outputs are — and what they are not.

What AI Summaries Are

• AI summaries are generated from structured platform data (quotes, candles, fundamentals, calendar events, and Hyper Stocks Ratings).
• Summaries are cached and shared across users when the underlying data has not changed materially.
• Each AI output includes an internal cost, model, and token-usage record.

What AI Summaries Are Not

• Not personalized investment advice.
• Not a recommendation to enter a swing or position trade, or hold any security.
• Not aware of your personal financial situation, tax situation, or goals.
• Not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or complete.

Known Limitations

• AI can make factual errors, including about numbers, dates, and company details.
• AI can miss context that is not present in the structured input.
• AI output may lag real-time events; underlying market data may itself be delayed.
• AI output should not be relied on as the sole basis for a trading or investing decision.
