This Privacy Policy explains how Hyper Stocks, as the operator of Hyper Terminal, Hyper Stocks, Hyper Wealth, and related websites, communities, tools, and services, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
We may collect your email address, display name, password hash, account role, subscription status, plan, legal acceptance records, and related account settings.
Account and platform data
We may collect and store account and platform data, including email address, user ID, profile information, plan status, subscription status, legal acceptance records, ticker read usage, watchlists, saved tickers, added prices, theme preferences, onboarding status, and related platform activity.
Billing information
Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. Hyper Stocks does not store full credit card numbers.
We may receive and store limited billing-related information from Stripe, such as Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, plan, billing interval, renewal date, payment status, and limited payment method details such as card brand and last four digits.
Usage data
We may collect information about how you use the Service, including ticker searches, Ticker Reads generated, manual refresh events, feature usage, paywall events, scanner usage, pages viewed, clicks, session activity, and general product analytics.
AI usage logs
We may record AI prompts, structured data inputs, generated outputs, model used, token estimates, cost estimates, cache status, timestamps, and related metadata for cost control, abuse prevention, cache management, debugging, quality review, and product improvement.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, account-specific financial details, health information, legal information, tax information, passwords, or confidential third-party information into AI prompts or free-text fields.
We do not intentionally use personal information to train AI models. We configure third-party AI providers not to train on Service data where provider settings, contracts, and technical controls allow.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, understand usage, and improve the product.

Device and browser data
We may collect IP address, user agent, device type, browser type, operating system, timezone, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, and other technical metadata for security, fraud prevention, debugging, analytics, and abuse prevention.
Communications
If you contact us, subscribe, join a community, or request support, we may collect the content of your messages and related contact information.
2. Sources of Information

- directly from you when you create an account, subscribe, contact us, or use the Service;
- automatically through your use of the Service;
- from payment processors such as Stripe;
- from analytics, hosting, authentication, database, AI infrastructure, and security providers;
- from market data providers where necessary to operate the Service.

- create and manage accounts;
- authenticate users and maintain sessions;
- operate the Service;
- enforce free and paid plan limits;
- process subscriptions and billing;
- provide customer support;
- generate, cache, and display Ticker Reads, Market Notes, AI summaries, scanner results, and research tools;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- debug errors and maintain platform reliability;
- improve features, user experience, and product performance;
- communicate account, billing, security, product, and legal updates;
- send promotional or educational communications where permitted;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, data provider, and regulatory obligations.
We also use this information to authenticate users, provide account access, enforce subscription permissions, enforce daily ticker read limits, operate Weekly Watchlists and My Watchlists, store user preferences, process legal acceptance records, prevent abuse, debug errors, and maintain platform security.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including:
- payment processors, such as Stripe;
- hosting, database, authentication, and infrastructure providers;
- market data providers, such as Finnhub;
- AI model and AI infrastructure providers;
- analytics, security, logging, and customer support providers;
- professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, and compliance consultants;
- government authorities or third parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Payment information is processed by Stripe. Hyper Stocks does not store full credit card numbers.
Hosting, Authentication, and Database Providers
We use third-party infrastructure providers, including Lovable Cloud and Supabase, to help operate the Service. These providers may process and store information necessary to provide the Service, including account information, authentication records, user profiles, subscription status, legal acceptance records, usage records, watchlist data, settings, and other information you submit or generate through the Service.
Supabase provides database hosting, authentication, and related backend infrastructure used by the Service. Lovable Cloud may provide application hosting, deployment, backend, and related infrastructure services.
These providers process information on our behalf to help us operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
5. AI and Market Research Data
AI-assisted features may use structured market data, company data, user-selected tickers, platform-generated metrics, and limited account/usage context to generate research summaries.
AI outputs are for research and education only and are not personalized financial advice.
We may cache AI outputs so the same or similar research request does not require repeated AI generation.
Cached outputs may be reused for other users where appropriate, but should not include your personal account information.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and billing-related records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and business obligations.
Usage logs, AI logs, research caches, analytics, and security logs may be retained for operational, quality-review, cost-control, legal, security, and product-improvement purposes.
We may retain aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that does not reasonably identify you.
Account records, subscription records, legal acceptance records, usage records, watchlist records, and related platform activity may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, accounting, billing, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, security, and business obligations, and maintain accurate access and subscription records.
If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information where required, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or legitimate business purposes.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting q@hyperstocks.io.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
We may still send transactional, billing, legal, security, and account-related messages.
Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws apply to us, you may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of personal information.
Hyper Stocks does not sell personal information.
California and other state privacy rights
If you are a California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or other U.S. state resident with applicable privacy rights, you may contact us at q@hyperstocks.io to exercise those rights.
We may need to verify your identity before responding.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for login, security, and account functionality.
We may also use analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand product usage and improve the Service.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authentication controls, access controls, encryption in transit, server-side handling of private keys, and database access restrictions such as row-level access controls where implemented. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We do not guarantee absolute security, and we do not represent that any third-party provider guarantees compliance or security on our behalf.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors under 18.

The Service is operated from the United States.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
