If and when Hyper Stocks operates community spaces — including forums, chat, member events, or social channels — participation is subject to these guidelines in addition to the Terms of Service.

Be Respectful

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or personal attacks.
• Debate ideas, not people.

No Advice, No Pumping

• Do not present opinions as personalized investment advice.
• Do not coordinate to pump, dump, or otherwise manipulate a security.
• Do not promote guaranteed returns, insider information, or hot tips.

No Spam or Solicitation

• No unsolicited promotion of paid services, tokens, or third-party products.
• No self-referral link spam.

Respect Data Licensing

• Do not redistribute Hyper Terminal data, screenshots, or AI summaries in bulk without permission.
• Do not automate scraping of the platform or community.

Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.
