Refund Policy

Recurring Subscriptions

Hyper Terminal subscriptions are billed in advance for each recurring period. Because access and AI generation costs are incurred throughout the period, we generally do not provide refunds for partial months.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact q@hyperstocks.io within 30 days of the charge with your Stripe receipt. We will review and, where appropriate, refund the specific erroneous charge.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts subject to a chargeback may be suspended pending resolution.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Refunds will not be issued based on trading or investing losses, dissatisfaction with research ratings, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated summaries. Hyper Terminal provides research and education only and does not guarantee outcomes.
